Registration for Summer 2025 opens Dec. 7th

 

Our Current Camp Session Openings will be linked here starting Dec. 10th for you to view after registration opens on Dec. 7th. We update this document once per week on Tuesdays, and the real time remaining openings are viewable within the registration process itself. 

TO BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR A YOUTH CAMP OR A FAMILY CAMP USE THESE LINKS:

If no one in your family has attended Spirit in the Pines before, use the first new account link below. 

If somebody in your family has attended Spirit in the Pines before, please use the second returning/existing account link below. You can add new family members within your original account. 

Once you are logged into your camp account, everyone needs to click on “PARTICIPANT APPLICATION” to get started. (Do not use the “Adult/Family Application” link.) Click HERE to see a helpful picture.

DEPOSIT & FORMS:

The $100 Deposit is required at the time of enrollment. All other forms, including the health forms, will be added to your account your registration is complete under FORMS & DOCUMENTS. They are due two weeks before each camp session.

TIPS FOR FAMILY CAMP REGISTRATION:

  • Only one person registers for the cabin, and everyone else registers as a “Free Attendee.”  We can also do the free attendee part for you if you email us your list of who is staying in your cabin (campingministry@standrewlu.org).
  • If you want to add everyone yourself, have to click through each person separately, all the way to check out. Then you can go back and start over to register the next person.  
  • The person who registers for the cabin can be anyone. If a parent wants it to be under their name, they need to add themselves as “Another Child” into the account. We know the word “child” is confusing, but we cannot change it. However, a mom could add herself with first name “Jane (Mom)” and set the age as adult.   
  • Remember to click on “Participant Application” from your account homepage to start a new registration.  Click HERE to see a helpful picture of where this is.

We would love to host your family at Spirit in the Pines this summer for quality family time at the lake! We offer eight affordable family weekends all summer long as a gift to our families, for reconnection and rejuvenation. 

All weekend long families can choose from a variety of self-led activities like pontooning, swimming, fishing, field games, nature walks, and more. We also have an indoor lodge, craft house, game room, and chapel space available.  

We have ten private cabins available in three sizes for an all-inclusive cost with meals. All cabins have upgraded mattresses, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and living space.
