CAMP AGAPE | HIGH SCHOOL

Camp Agape: Ent. Grades 9-12

Camp Agape is all about building an energizing and caring community for students entering Grades 9-10! Agape is a Greek word for unconditional love (ἀγάπη is pronounced ah-gah-pay). Everyone works together in teams all week long earning Olympic points. Then each evening the teams come together around the campfire to hear their peers share moving stories from their lives. Our high school camp weeks are truly a once in a lifetime experience. These same students are eligable to be leaders for all of our other camp wessions, either as LITs (Leaders-in-Training) (Ent. Gr. 9-10) or as CITs/Counselors (Ent. Gr. 11-12+).

June 21-26: We have two new sessions with themes this year, and their descriptions are below. These sessions are also open to CITs (Ent. Gr. 11) if they want to come to camp as a camper with their friends who may or may not also be CITs.

Scholarships: We work hard to make sure that every camper who wants to attend camp can go! All families can apply for a scholarship every year, and we do our best to honor all requests. We trust families to determine their level of need, and typically 8-9% of our campers apply. Donations to this scholarship fund can be made during registration or at any time at spiritinthepinescamp.org/donate.
